I am soooo happy! This morning I go and find out I lost 4.4 pounds this week! Ah! And that takes me to a total of over 10 pounds. So of course I did my happy dance and have been smiling all day. The last week of August I will be going with my parents to Tennessee to see my sisters. So before then I want to lose weight and buy new clothes to show it off. The only problem with that is my lack of incoming money. But I went to Ross anyways today with my friend Ingrid who I am losing weight with and found an amazingly cute dress. I saw it on the rack and picked it up because it had ruffles but was a little put off by the grey color since I have nothing in my wardrobe that is grey. Ingrid saw it and said that she didnt like it which made me want to try it on more. Well I pick out 7 dresses to try on because we all know that in order to find that one article of clothing at Ross that fits you first have to try on at least 10 things. Well I found it in only 7. There was a cute runner up that was white but would have been a hassle since it had no sleeves and was kind of see through and kind of plain. But this grey dress is so cute I will have to post pictures of it and the grey and black heels that go with it so perfectly that I am borrowing from Ingrid. Ahh Im so happy! Now if only a job would come my way so I can buy more cute things!

My Personal Pattern
ok so this week is not as exciting as last, I gained 2.4 pounds so now I've lost an even 6 pounds. But Im not too discouraged because after talking with the Weight Watchers rep she said that usually people have two patterns. Either they lose every week but just a little like .6,.2,.8 pounds a week or they lose alot then gain some back every other week which after looking at my previous weeks is what my pattern is. But the good thing about it is that even if I do gain, I dont gain as much as I lost, so I still lose. And also i blame it on my period still. So Im really interested to see what will happen this coming weekend. How much will I lose? I dont know but hopefully its over 3 pounds! This will not discourage me, but will keep me focused and determined.

Ahhh Yayness!
AHHHH I lost 3.8 pounds this last week! HOW COOL IS THAT? VERY COOL! Haha this makes me soo happy and to think this is only the beginning.

Part of the Journey
So I realized that part of blogging my progress is not only to report the good news but also the bad. At last weeks weigh-in I found out I gained 1.2 pounds. At first I was very very sad and disappointed. I couldnt find any reasons for it! I stayed within my points for that week and had worked out my regular 3 times. But then my friend Ingrid who also is going to weight watchers just asked me what I had told her whenever she had gained. Well logically I couldnt think of any reason why I would gain unless I was retaining water before my period (very probable), had eaten something very filling the night before, gaining muscle, or my weight was delayed a week. I've seen that happen alot. One week you eat a whole bunch but still lose a little but it will catch up with you next week. So I dont really know what happened but I cant fret over it. I can only try to do my best this week and make up for it. So another week another step in progress.
