So I realized that part of blogging my progress is not only to report the good news but also the bad. At last weeks weigh-in I found out I gained 1.2 pounds. At first I was very very sad and disappointed. I couldnt find any reasons for it! I stayed within my points for that week and had worked out my regular 3 times. But then my friend Ingrid who also is going to weight watchers just asked me what I had told her whenever she had gained. Well logically I couldnt think of any reason why I would gain unless I was retaining water before my period (very probable), had eaten something very filling the night before, gaining muscle, or my weight was delayed a week. I've seen that happen alot. One week you eat a whole bunch but still lose a little but it will catch up with you next week. So I dont really know what happened but I cant fret over it. I can only try to do my best this week and make up for it. So another week another step in progress.
